Apple Crumble

- Ingredients
- 50g plain flour
- 50g rolled oats
- 150g light muscovado sugar
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ ground cinnamon
- 115g butter, softened
- 4 cooking apples, peel, cored and sliced
- 5 tbsp apple juice
- Method
1. Sift flour into a bowl and stir in the oats, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix with a wooden soon
2. Place the apple slices in the base of the slow cooker and add the apple juice. Sprinkle the flour mixture evenly over them
3. Cover and cook on low for 5 ½ hours.
