Artichoke and Crab Melt

- Ingredients
- Can of crabmeat
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
- Bunch of spring onions, white part sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 packet of cream cheese cubed
- Crispy bagels to serve
- Method
1. Combine all ingredients (except cream cheese) in the slow cooker and mix well.
2. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hrs.
3. In last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in cream cheese and stir until this mixes thoroughly.
4. Serve on crispy toasted bagels
