Baked Apples

- Ingredients
- 8 medium Granny Smith applies
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 30g butter, chopped
- Method
1.Remove a little of the peel around the top of the apples, then core them. Mix raisins, sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon and use this mixture to fill the centre of the apples. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and dot with butter.
2.Place in slow cooker. Pour ½ cup warm water around apples.
3.Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until apples are tender.
