Beef Goulash

Ingredients

- 500g steak cut into cubes
- ½ cup plain flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3-4 cups beef stock
- ½ cup red wine
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon sour cream

Method

1. Mix steak, flour & paprika together until meat is coated
2. Pour into the slow cooker ceramic pot
3. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and mix well
4. Place lid on slow cooker and cook for medium-high for 5-7 hours
5. Stir the sour cream just before servingMix steak, flour & paprika together until meat is coated

Serve with mashed potato and green beans
