Curried Pumpkin Soup

- Ingredients
- 1/2 pumpkin
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup cream
- Method
1. Put all ingredients (except cream) in slow cooker and season with salt and freshly ground peper. Slowly simmer away for 4 hours on low
2. Blend soup until creamy and smooth. Add 1/2 cup cream at the end
