Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients

- 1.5 kg mince
- 500g carrots diced finely
- 2 onions finely diced
- 2 can pasta sauce
- Small handful of herbs (can be oregano, parsley, basil)
- 1/2 pack barley
- 400ml can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cook on medium for 5-7 hours.

Special tips & hints

The barley adds a great new dimension to the spaghetti and the carrots add depth of colour and flavour.
